Policies Standard Cancellation Policy: One night room rent due as a deposit at time of booking. If cancelled at least two weeks before arrival date, you will receive a complete refund minus a $35 booking fee. If cancelled within two weeks of your arrival date, the entire deposit of one-night’s room rent will be retained as a cancellation fee. Holiday Cancellation Policy (12/14/12 - 12/31/12): One night room rent due at booking as a deposit. Remainder of room rent due by November 15th. Reservations cancelled prior to November 15th will receive a full refund minus a $35 booking fee. Reservations cancelled after November 15th forfeit entire stay’s room rent. Two-Night Minimum Weekends: Two nights required at Weekend Rates for stays which include a Friday or Saturday night (unless over a holiday period requiring longer minimums as noted below). Three-Night Minimum Weekends: Stays which include the following dates will require a three-night minimum: August 31 & September 1, October 18 & 19, December 14 - 31(2012). Canadian at Par: Canadian currency at par accepted year-round from Canadian residents Sunday - Thursday nights except Holiday periods. Please note that Canadian at Par cannot be used in conjuction with any other specials. Sometimes other specials will offer a better deal, but will be calculated in US Dollars. Pet Policy: Unfortunately, Eagle Ridge Resort does not accept pets. |
